Dr. ZeinaGhossoub El-Aswad is a wellness and executive coach.
She is also a clinical dietitian and the founder and director of VieSaine, a wellness and healthcare center in Beirut, Lebanon. In French, vie saine means “healthy life”.
It’s a health center like none other, developed in March of 2000 and since then it has continually grown and diversified to offer the most incredible services possible by virtue of dietitians, physicians, physical therapists, wellness coaches, body remodeling techniques, and physical trainers to promote and apply the concepts of her approach that relies on the same discipline and principals she uses in her daily life: Promoting Wellness through the Mind, Body and Soul.

Zeina is a credentialed and certified professional coach, group coach, executive coach, wellness coach and employs different techniques ranging from emotional intelligence to other coaching principles.
She has taught and lectured about coaching in the Middle East and the USA with the College of Executive Coaching.
Zeina has a strong practice in clinical dietetics and she has frequently taught courses in clinical nutrition, counseling and clinical dietetics across her career in several universities and colleges.
Zeina has authored several best-selling books. She has lectured about coaching and wellness and dietetics throughout the region.
She has weekly television shows, radio shows and is an editor and contributor to several local and international magazines.
Zeina received her BSc. And MSc. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut.
She finished her PhD in counseling and Human Behavior at Capella University.
She is also in the practical stage of completing her Master Certified Coaching degree.
Her current work is focused on maximizing human potential on an individual and group level, in different settings (family, work, partnerships).
She is heavily involved in education of school and college students and has authored and created nutrition curricula for schools and universities.
She has developed a nutrition manual for children nutrition to be taught in the Lebanese schools and it has been approved by the Lebanese Ministry of Education.
She is the founder and creator of a Non-Profit Organization (Ghalletna) that support a cause: feeding and clothing several families and individuals on a yearly basis.
Dr Ghossoub Al Aswad was elected as President of the Lebanese Coach Association ( LCA) in March 2017.
