On September 28, 2017 a 4 hours Stress Management Workshop was held at berytech bchara el khoury attendees of the lecture were from different majors (Leaders,Executives,Parents, managers, doctors)
At the end of the workshop they all became able to :
- Understand stress and its effects on body, mind, and emotions.
- Recognize and identify sources of stress.
- Identify their own strengths and weaknesses when managing stress.
- Learn how to turn stress into a POSITIVE force.
- Be able to THRIVE under stress.
