Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy
Physical therapy

It's the classical therapy using natural physical agents and relying on a physician's prescription to give assessment, treatment, and an adequate follow up to patients who are suffering from an orthopedic or neurological impairment or deficiency.

Patients will have some of the most advanced techniques, as well as equipments to help them in their healing, recovery and achievement of their goals and objectives.

Massage therapy
  • Shiatsu
  • This ancient Japanese healing art comes backing the traditional ways for pain healing, health promoting and stress releasing which allows quicker results through the use of thumbs, palms and elbows in a pressure technique on specific points of the body.
  • Relaxing massage
  • The use of the most effective distressing massage techniques on the whole body focusing on areas that are more subject to tension and spasms, all in a calm and serene ambiance allowing a total relaxation.
  • Back massage
  • Focusing on the back area that also includes the neck and the lower back, this kind of massage deals with overly tensed back muscles that may be giving a great discomfort feeling and sometimes even pain. The massage techniques used are more targeted towards spasms and resistant tense muscles using a higher amount of focused pressure than the relaxing massage.
  • Deep tissue massage
  • Also known as sport massage because it targets tough muscles similar to those seen at most of sporty subjects. The massage must be deep using a considerable dose of pressure aiming to reach the most profound muscle layers.
  • Foot massage
  • This relaxing and very effective massage is used to maintain a high level of well-being along with a complete distressing effect because it covers the reflexive areas that, through the parallel innervations, can affect most positively the corresponding organ or body part.
  • Neck and shoulders massage
  • This is the most alleviating massage type aiming to give comfort to the body's most stress-exposed part, the neck area. For an even more relaxing effect, the massage will reach the shoulders area giving a global feeling of relaxation and well-being.
